Regional instability and political turmoil have hampered economies and societies throughout the Middle East, and in particular the Palestinian territories, for many years. These problems have led to a restrictive business climate that has hurt companies' growth potential and families' abilities to purchase a home.
The Middle East Investment Initiative (MEII) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to address these challenges. MEII's ability to achieve its goals rests heavily on public and private donations. The initiative seeks contributions from throughout the international community. To date, MEII efforts have received critical support from the government of Norway, AIG, Portland Trust, and the Trio Foundation along with critical individual donors.
MEII encourages and welcomes all forms of support, including but not limited to, financial, technical, and strategic assistance.
